DB Hammer was a generic database load testing tool that was (for a while) quite popular (so popular I couldn't keep up with the code and people emailing me). These days its mostly relagated to history and in case someone sees it and decides "this is a kewl peice of code, i'll use it and build on it", here it is.
Originally it was designed on the premise of being able to load test just about any db - it was also binary (c code mostly) and used dynamic libraries for supporting db's. Semi-cutting edge in its time and did a spectacular job of loading DB's to the hilt as well as giving rough stat's on how they performed
The code, the change log, and example of its use and the TODO should be below... run spot, run
I had even written a page where people could publish their results, sadly it no longer works
